Who We Are

The firm’s founder, lawyer Winter Spires, has an accomplished legal career that spans nearly a decade. She works with a dedicated legal team to deliver exceptional service and results.

Before establishing the firm, attorney Spires gained important skills practicing in various areas of law. She served as a strong courtroom advocate in her position as a public defender for Orange County. She was a partner at a prominent local litigation and appellate firm. Additionally, she worked for the Department of Children and Families and the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (Division of Construction).

Ms. Spires, a native of the Florida Panhandle, is well-known and highly respected throughout the legal community. She is actively involved in several professional organizations, including Emerald Coast Emerging Leaders.
