About this firm

I started practicing law in 1992 with a large defense firm, working for insurance companies and corporations. While I gained valuable experience and formed life-long friendships, I longed to represent people rather than corporations, and in 1997 founded Wolfgram Law. Over the last 23 years, Wolfgram Law established a reputation as a firm that is both tough and fair. Our motto, “Serving the Injured”™ reflects our deep, personal, commitment to obtaining the best possible results for our clients.

The core values of our firm are rooted in a willingness to accept the challenges and responsibilities inherent in complex litigation. Clients turn to Wolfgram Law because they know we are committed to investing the necessary time and money to see every case from start to finish in pursuit of just compensation for our clients throughout Missouri and Illinois and beyond.

Our Practice – Wolfgram Law

Our practice is limited to representing those who have suffered harm as a result of the negligent conduct of others. We will never ask you for money. Our fees are earned and expenses paid by the money won in settlements and verdicts paid by the defendant’s insurance company and profits of corporations that put profits over people.

Whether you are a worker injured on the job, recovering from a car accident injury, trucking or semi truck accident, have a product liability claim, have been a victim of medical negligence at a hospital or nursing home, I can guarantee that you and your family will be treated with respect and honesty and that we pledge to bring the financial and professional resources of our firm to push back against the harms and losses you and your family may have suffered. Experience has proven that the power of a single lawsuit can eliminate the dangers caused by unsafe products, dangerous workplace practices, and negligent hospital and nursing home care.
