Our firm provides legal services to discerning domestic and international clients who appreciate the personal attention they receive from our attorneys. Because we focus on international corporate, securities and commercial matters and litigation, we can offer our clients a level of sophistication usually only found at much larger firms. Yet, our lean organization permits us to offer our services at rates that are significantly lower than those of our larger competitors.

Our clients not only benefit from our familiarity with the complex issues involved in cross-border transactions and litigation, but also from the support they receive from our immigration, tax and intellectual property practice groups. Because we comprehend the differences between U.S. and foreign business practices and legal concepts, we can build a bridge between different cultures. Our fluency in foreign languages, including German, French, Italian, Russian, and Spanish, enables us to communicate effectively with our foreign clients.

Our clients include institutional and individual investors, financial institutions and companies ranging from small start-up ventures to multinational corporations. They are active in industries such as banking, financial and other services, commodities, software development, Internet and e-commerce, engineering and manufacturing, telecommunications, biotechnology, medical technology, pharmaceuticals, specialty chemicals, consumer goods, and fine arts.
