Yadegar, Minoofar & Soleymani is a boutique litigation law firm located in Los Angeles, California. Our partners collectively have almost 35 years of legal and litigation experience.

We focus on business litigation, employment litigation, real estate/construction litigation and transactions, entertainment and intellectual property litigation, and business formations. Our attorneys litigate and try cases in every forum including federal and state courts and arbitration.

Before starting Yadegar, Minoofar & Soleymani, our partners practiced law at two of the country's prominent large law firms, where they worked alongside the nation's top trial lawyers on "bet-the-company" cases, representing clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies and public entities to start-ups and entrepreneurs.

Our partners left the large law firms, and started Yadegar, Minoofar & Soleymani, with one mission: to deliver first rate representation for our clients, but at a fraction of the costs charged by the large law firms and with unrivaled personal attention.

We accomplish our mission by:

Delivering superior value. Success does not mean a "scorched earth" strategy in every case. Our attorneys develop winning strategies that are cost effective and tailored to the clients' needs - which are particularly important in today's economic climate. And, unlike typical large firms, we do not staff our cases with junior attorneys who receive on-the-job training at the clients' expense. We deliver superior quality of work, but with greater efficiency than our peer firms.
