We typically engage in civil, commercial, and financial litigation and arbitrations, as well as employment matters. We represent corporations, partnerships and individuals locally and nationally, and count among our clients a national restaurant chain, and a variety of mid-size companies and high net-worth individuals located in Westchester and throughout New York.

Some of our recent successes include prosecuting an accountant malpractice case against a large accounting firm, securing a defensive jury verdict in a personal injury action for a large corporation, successfully representing a CFO of a hedge fund in a personal litigation, a former employee of a Fortune 100 corporation in a class-action litigation at depositions and in discovery disputes, and a Texas chemical company in a trial in the Southern District of New York.

Our firm has also been actively involved in representing a national restaurant chain in its Northeast litigation, an entertainment research and marketing company, a real estate investment firm, and several high net-worth individuals.
