We have enjoyed many trial successes including the first million-dollar post polio verdict in the United States and the highest settlement ever paid by San Diego Transit. In addition, the firm has an impressive record of securing high profile settlements.

Our employment practice involves the representation of individuals against the employer for claims involving discrimination, harassment, and /or wrongful termination occurring within the work place. We also have extensive experience in the representation of executives and management level employees relative to the negotiation and preparation of compensation, separation and severance agreements.
