Biography

Thomas H. May is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. As Chair of the firm’s Employment and Labor Law Group , he concentrates his practice in the areas of employment and labor law and civil rights. He regularly represents employers of all sizes, engaged in a variety of enterprises, including health care, transportation, and the food and beverage industry. For twenty-five years, Mr. May has been litigating before administrative agencies such as the EEOC and NLRB and in state and federal courts. He has handled cases involving race, age, sex, and disability discrimination at both the trial and appellate level.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. May served as a Manager of Labor Relations for Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation.
