Biography

Wesley Yang is well-respected for his experience in complex corporate and tax law matters. He is a partner and is chair of the firm’s Taxation Practice Group. He is also a member of the Corporate and Estates & Trusts Practice Groups. As a tax attorney and Certified Public Accountant, Wesley has more than 36 years of broad experience in estate planning and administration, asset protection planning, corporate and partnership taxation, international taxation, captive insurance companies and management succession planning for closely held businesses.

He specializes in the areas of income tax and estate planning for high net worth individuals and owners of closely held businesses, with an emphasis in the following areas:

• Asset protection planning

• Business succession planning

• International tax and estate planning

Wesley is a regular lecturer on estate planning, asset protection and taxation topics and has presented at numerous professional seminars sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
