Aaron Bundy is a trial lawyer from Sapulpa, Oklahoma. His law practice focuses on and emphasizes family law. He is a certified fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Mr. Bundy tries complex and high-conflict divorce cases involving issues of property and business valuation, custody, protective orders, domestic violence, substance abuse, mental health, and allegations of child abuse and neglect. He represents the accused in criminal matters related to domestic violence, child abuse and drug offenses. Mr. Bundy stays active in the legal community through membership and involvement in a number of organizations, including the American Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association's Family Law and Criminal Law sections, the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Tulsa County Bar Association, and the Tulsa County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, as well as the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, the National Association of Counsel for Children, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. In the past, Mr. Bundy served as a co-chair of the Tulsa County Bar Association’s Litigation and Family Law sections and as a faculty member teaching at the Oklahoma Bar Association Family Law Section’s Trial Advocacy Institute. He is presently an associate editor of the Oklahoma Bar Journal.
