Robin Moody practices primarily in the areas of personal injury and workplace injury/workers’ compensation. Prior to earning her law degree, she worked in both the public and private sectors, including a stint in the U.S. Senate office of now U.S. Vice President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. She has been an attorney with Bifferato Gentilotti since 2008.
In the area of personal injury, Robin has experience in representing plaintiffs against insurance companies as well as in defending individuals sued in conjunction with motor vehicle accidents. In the area of workplace injury/workers’ compensation, she has represented both individuals and employers before the Industrial Accident Board and in the Delaware State Courts. She concentrates now on plaintiffs’ cases, and she finds that her background in defense is beneficial in preparing these cases.
Robin finds it particularly rewarding to help individuals to understand how their cases will proceed and to assist them throughout the litigation process so that the matter can be resolved to their satisfaction.Robin is a member of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and has been selected as a Top 40 Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers Association.
