Craig Mitnick received his BBA in finance from Emory University (Atlanta, Georgia) and subsequently received his Juris Doctor from the George Washington University School of Law (Washington DC).
Mitnick began his career as an Assistant Prosecutor in two separate counties in the state of New Jersey. During the same time period, he also acted as a certified instructor of law and procedure at two countywide police academies. After leaving the public sector, Mitnick entered the private practice of law and created Mitnick Law Office in 1995. The firm specializes in litigation and trial related matters.
Mitnick counsels clients in criminal matters, complex litigation matters, as well as mass tort Class actions. He is highly skilled in resolving difficult litigation matters having tried dozens of cases in federal and state courtrooms.

Given Mitnick's success as a trial attorney he was contracted by Fox News Channel and multiple Fox affiliate station groups, including New York and Philadelphia, to provide on air legal commentary and analysis. Mitnick discussed such matters as Supreme Court decisions, Presidential addresses, class action lawsuits, trial strategy and a large spectrum of other legal matters.
Mitnick specializes in state and federal litigation. He currently represents over 1000 retired NFL players who have each filed suit against the National Football League for brain related injuries.

This matter is currently pending in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.); State of New Jersey Verses James Harney, Et Al., Superior Court of New Jersey (The New Jersey State Attorney General charged Trooper Harney and several NHL players in a multiple count gambling indictment. Charges included that Harney and several other professional NHL players operated a multi-state gambling operation. The matter was resolved prior to trial and defendant received a favorable result.); State of New Jersey Verses Alonzo Johnson, Superior Court of New Jersey (Defendant was a second round draft pick for the Philadelphia Eagles. He was indicted for first-degree sexual assault. Johnson was found not guilty of all charges after a jury trial. United States of America Versus Dennis Virelli, Et Al U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania Defendant was indicted and tried on a multiple count RICO indictment. Defendant was charged with numerous homicides, racketeering and various underlying conspiracy charges. Defendant was tried along with four other co-defendants. Defendant was acquitted of all underlying RICO charges.); State of New Jersey Versus Fred Neulander, Superior Court of New Jersey (Defendant was charged with murder for hire at behalf of co-defendants.); State of New Jersey Verses James Harney, Et Al., Superior Court of New Jersey (Defendant, James Harney was charged in a multiple count indictment by the New Jersey State Attorney General.
