| Biography | Emily Rix is an associate in our Competition Law Group in Toronto. She completed a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Anthropology and Zoology in 2000 and a M.Sc. in Anthropology in 2002, both at the University of Toronto. She received her JD from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law in 2007 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2008. She recently co-authored "The New Landscape for Competition Private Actions," which was published in the 2009 edition of the Annual Review of Civil Litigation (Carswell). Ms. Rix is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
