| Biography | Ms. Ritsick comes to the firm after clerking for the Senior Judges of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals for the 2011-2012 term. While in law school, Ms. Ritsick interned in the FDA's Office of Policy, where she worked on issues of drug reimportation and counterfeiting, and also assisted on the Principal Deputy Commissioner's Transparency Taskforce. She spent a summer working for a local nonprofit advocacy organization, where she drafted public comments on matters of orphan drugs and diagnostic testing and co-authored two editorials. Ms. Ritsick also spent a semester working in the Executive Office of the President of the United States, in the Office of Administration of the Office of General Counsel, working on government contract matters.
Ms. Ritsick graduated cum laude, in the top 15 percent of her class, from the American University Washington College of Law, where she served on the Senior Staff of the American University Law Review, and was Managing Editor of the Health Law & Policy Brief. She graduated magna cum laudefrom Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia in 2007 with a B.A. in English and minor in Political Science.
Ms. Ritsick is licensed to practice in New York and the District of Columbia.
