Michael Riley began his Florida legal practice in 1989 after eight years of service as a claims attorney for three national sureties. Since 1989, Michael has represented sureties, public and private owners and contractors in a wide variety of construction settings. As an AV rated attorney Michael defends educators, public entities and private employers in employment actions, and defends professionals such as doctors, lawyers and accountants against malpractice suits. In Tallahassee, Florida's capital, Michael represents parties dealing with state agencies in both the administrative and litigation settings. In 2007, Michael received Board certification from The Florida Bar in State and Federal Government and Administrative Practice. Michael is admitted to all Florida state and federal courts, and is also admitted to practice law in the States of Indiana and Georgia.
