Michael Henry is a partner at Houser Henry & Syron and has been helping Canadian and foreign mid-market private companies grow and prosper for over 16 years. He works on a range of business law issues, including complex mergers and acquisitions, re-organizations, corporate financing, distributorships, joint ventures and employment matters. When US or overseas companies are looking to do business in Canada, Michael assists them with adapting commercial or employment contracts for use in Ontario, setting up their Ontario operations or buying a Canadian business. As businesses grow, he acts as outside general counsel, providing ongoing support and offering strategic advice.
