Paul Feinstein is an associate in Venable's Regulatory Practice Group, where he focuses on regulatory and policy matters in a broad range of industries. Mr. Feinstein assists clients with ongoing regulatory compliance matters before various federal and state agencies and commissions. He has particular experience with matters before the Federal Communications Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, and several of the financial services agencies.
Mr. Feinstein is a member of Venable's Communications Practice Group where he assists telecommunication service providers with communications transactions and regulatory matters throughout the United States. Additionally, Mr. Feinstein is a member of the firm's Antitrust Practice Group where he regularly assists clients on a variety of antitrust issues including civil government investigations, pre-merger notifications, and antitrust risk assessments.
Prior to entering law school, Mr. Feinstein was an elementary school teacher in New York City as a corps member of Teach For America.
