Aaron D. Boeder

Aaron D. Boeder joined Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C. in 2010 and became a Partner in 2019. He focuses his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, mass torts and wrongful death law.

Within the last 5 years, he has recovered more than $575 million on behalf of his clients.

Mr. Boeder has obtained a number of noteworthy verdicts and settlements for his clients. In 2024, he was part of a trial team that won a $79.85 million jury verdict for the family of a 10-year-old girl who was killed following a police pursuit in the Auburn Gresham. According to the Jury Verdict Reporter, the verdict is the highest reported verdict for a police pursuit crash in Illinois. Also in 2024, Mr. Boeder secured a $45 million settlement on behalf of a teenager who suffered catastrophic brain injuries following a crash stemming from an improper pursuit by the Chicago Police Department. In 2026, Mr. Boeder was part of a trial team that won a $27 million jury verdict for the family of a beloved mother of six who was killed in a tragic 2017 collision resulting from an unauthorized Chicago Police pursuit through a residential South Side neighborhood. Also in 2026, he obtained a $22 million settlement for the family of a 25-year-old man who was killed in a West Side crash stemming from an “unnecessary and extremely dangerous” vehicle pursuit involving the Chicago Police Department.

In 2021, Mr. Boeder won a $21.05 million jury verdict on behalf of a woman who suffered a spinal injury in a Maywood, Ill. car crash. In 2020, he obtained a $20.5 million settlement for the family of a man rendered paralyzed, and ultimately died, as a result of a semi-truck driving into his apartment building in the South Suburbs. In 2025, Mr. Boeder won a $20.5 million jury verdict on behalf of a little girl in remission from leukemia who died due to morphine toxicity from medications prescribed by her healthcare providers.

Mr. Boeder graduated from the Ohio State University, cum laude, in 2003. He earned his law degree from the DePaul University College of Law in 2010. During law school, Mr. Boeder gained a great deal of experience while serving as a judicial extern for the Honorable James F. Holderman, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and as a legal extern in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois. He also practiced with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office as an Illinois Supreme Court Rule 711 law clerk.

Mr. Boeder served as an officer in the Army National Guard and deployed to Kosovo as part of a peacekeeping mission before he attended law school.

Mr. Boeder belongs to the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice.

In his free time, Mr. Boeder enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children in Downers Grove, and playing soccer, cards, and chess.
