Biography

Adrian Mendiondo grew up in Lexington, Kentucky and has practiced law in Lexington since 2005. After graduating from Henry Clay High School in 1996, Mr. Mendiondo pursued his undergraduate degree from Emory University, in Atlanta, Georgia, and then moved to Los Angeles California to attend Pepperdine University School of Law. Mr. Mendiondo graduated cum laude from Pepperdine in 2003, was admitted to the California bar, and practiced in Los Angeles from 2003 to 2004. He then returned to Lexington where he has practiced since being admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 2005.

Mr. Mendiondo began his Kentucky practice as an associate with Stoll Keenon Ogden, then joined Kinkead & Stilz in 2007. In both firms he focused primarily on business, employment, and civil rights litigation, representing small and large businesses and governmental agencies across Kentucky.

Mr. Mendiondo joined Morgan & Morgan in 2015, switching the focus of his practice from defending businesses and governmental entities to pursuing claims on behalf of injured persons. Today, Mr. Mendiondo primarily handles tractor-trailer and other commercial motor vehicle cases in the Midwest region, including Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, and Missouri.

During his career Mr. Mendiondo has earned substantial litigation experience in federal and state courts across the Midwest. He has successfully tried numerous cases to a jury in both state and federal courts, and has successfully pursued and defended appeals to the Kentucky Court of Appeals, the Kentucky Supreme Court, and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is admitted to practice before all state courts in Kentucky and California, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, Southern District of Indiana, and Central District of California, and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Mendiondo is married to Whitney Howard Mendiondo and has two children, Lillian and Anna Claire.
