Albert "AJ" Stickley leads Stickley Law with a profound
understanding of the legal landscape, specializing in serving
individuals throughout Southwest Florida. AJ's dedication to the law
and safeguarding his clients' rights is palpable in his wholehearted
approach to each case.
AJ's educational
journey began at Lemon Bay High School, rooted in Englewood, Florida.
He furthered his academic pursuits at Florida State University, where
he achieved a dual major in Business and International Affairs. In
2007, AJ attained his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law.
During his time
in law school, AJ served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Office
of the Public Defender in the 13th Judicial Circuit in Hillsborough
County, Florida. His exceptional performance led to an offer for the
role of Assistant Public Defender. From 2009 to 2013, AJ held the
position of Assistant State Attorney in Sarasota County, Florida,
operating within the 12th Judicial Circuit.
Following his
tenure as an Assistant State Attorney, AJ established Stickley Law in
September 2013, with a focus on estate planning, trust and probate
administration, and matters related to elder law.
Beyond his legal
career, AJ finds happiness in his marriage to Chelsea. They are proud
parents to three wonderful children and share their lives with a
beloved four-legged companion named Waffles. Should you ever pay a
