Biography

Alex N. Kim is an Associate in our Paramus office, where he focuses his practice on the defense of public entities in matters pertaining to liability. He also represents clients in general liability, premises liability, construction, and insurance coverage matters.

Prior to joining HBS, he clerked for the Honorable Thomas F. Brogan with the Passaic County Superior Court. He also clerked for the Maryland Office of the Attorney General, Higher Education Division.

Alex earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland, where he was a research assistant for Professor Kevin Tu. He was also a student attorney in the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
