Alex Limontes is the managing attorney of Hurst Limontes LLC, where he represents injured individuals and families in personal injury, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, and civil rights cases. A first-generation bilingual attorney of Cuban descent, Alex brings both legal experience and a deep commitment to community service to his work. After moving to Indiana in 1999 to play football at Hanover College, he went on to earn his law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2007. He began his legal career as a trial attorney with the Marion County Public Defender Agency before returning in 2011 to work alongside William W. Hurst. Since 2019, he has managed the practice now known as Hurst Limontes LLC.

Alex is deeply committed to pro bono service and community involvement, particularly in support of Indiana’s Latino and Spanish-speaking communities. He has volunteered with organizations including the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic, the Julian Center, the Muslim Legal Clinic, and the ISBA “Talk to a Lawyer” Spanish Line Program. Through this work, Alex has assisted domestic violence survivors, undocumented Latinos pursuing citizenship, and individuals in need of accessible legal support. He has also spoken at naturalization ceremonies, presented on issues affecting Hispanic and immigrant communities, and served in leadership roles with nonprofit and legal organizations throughout Indianapolis.
