Biography

Alivia M. Olinger is an associate in our Tampa office, where she practices in arbitration and mediation, health care, insurance coverage, medical malpractice, and premises liability matters.

Before joining HBS, Alivia honed her litigation skills as an associate at a national firm, and served as a certified legal intern at the State Attorney’s Office for the 13th Judicial Circuit, where she assisted in jury selection and managed plea negotiations. During her undergraduate studies, she gained additional experience through internships with two local Pennsylvania firms.

Alivia earned her Juris Doctor from Cooley Law School and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Duquesne University.
