Biography

Amy E. Korn is a Partner at Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP, where she defends abroad variety of clients in medical malpractice matters, including physicians, hospitals, health care delivery systems and academic medical centers.

Prior to joining MCB, Amy was an associate attorney at a New York law firm where she represented lenders and financial institutions in residential and commercial real estate disputes and specialized in tax lien foreclosure litiga tion. She also completed an internship at the Economic Justice/Matrimonial Project, where she assisted domestic violence victims in obtaining economic support, child custody, and divorces.

Amy received 2024 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch recognition for Medical Mal practice Law - Defendants. Attorneys receiving this honor are recognized by their peers early in their careers for outstanding professional excellence. She has also been selected to the New York Rising Stars list, earning the respect of her peers as one of the top-rated attorneys in the nation.
