Amy Wegner Kho is a seasoned attorney with a comprehensive practice spanning estate planning, probate, elder law, trust administration, fiduciary representation, business succession planning, and agricultural law, as well as real estate and natural resource law. Her profound passion for estate planning was ignited by her upbringing on a working cattle ranch in eastern Oregon, where she observed firsthand the devastating impacts of inadequate planning. Ms. Kho is a graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and holds degrees in English from Boise State University. She is licensed to practice in Colorado and Idaho.
