Extensive experience in complex, multi-party litigation cases (Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home, Trucking, Railroad, Road Hazard/Defect, Oilfield Legacy, Product Liability, Insurance Coverage, Construction, Maritime, Expropriation, Environmental, Business, and Property & Casualty).
