Member, Louisiana State Court Bench Bar Liaison Committee, 1991—2000; Member, Andrew McGlathery Mediation. Extensive experience in complex, multi-party litigation cases (Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home, Trucking, Railroad, Road Hazard/Defect, Oilfield Legacy, Product Liability, Insurance Coverage, Construction, Maritime, Expropriation, Environmental, Business, and Property & Casualty).     Andy is a highly accomplished mediator. Very few cases I have had that he's mediated have not settled. He is dedicated to seeing a mediation through to the end, even doing follow-up in the weeks after the mediation.
