Biography

Andrew F. Oberg joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2024 and is an Associate with the firm’s Litigation Department.

Oberg’s practice is focused on residential and commercial real estate litigation. He represents landlords, owners, developers, boards of directors, and managers of cooperatives and condominiums in a broad range of disputes. He has experience in all phases of state and federal litigation.

Oberg graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and Brooklyn Journal of International Law. While in law school, Oberg interned with the Honorable Vera M. Scanlon of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Oberg received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, Oberg was a Litigation Associate with Ford Marrin Esposito Witmeyer & Gleser, LLP.
