Employment law specialist Andrew Golden exclusively represents employees in employment-related legal disputes and negotiations, ranging from litigating wrongful termination, discrimination and sexual harassment cases to negotiating employment contracts, severance arrangements and other executive agreements. After exclusively advising and representing companies in employment matters for more than twenty years, Andrew opened his own firm, Golden Law LLC, in 2018 in order to use his expertise and experience to represent, advise and help individuals. Due to his unique "insider" experience gained as a longtime corporate defense counsel, Andrew knows how companies evaluate litigation risks, manage and staff legal actions, and approach negotiations, settlements and trials.
