After exclusively advising and representing companies in employment matters for more than twenty years, Attorney Golden opened his own firm in 2018 in order to put his expertise and experience to use representing, advising and helping individuals. Due to his unique "insider" experience gained as a longtime corporate defense counsel, Attorney Golden knows how companies evaluate litigation risks, manage and staff legal actions, and approach negotiations, settlements and trials.
