Biography

Anna Katherine Gregory is an associate in the Charleston office of Hall Booth Smith, where she focuses her practice on construction, general liability, health care, insurance coverage, medical malpractice, and premises liability matters. She supports clients across a wide range of high-exposure litigation, bringing strong research, analytical, and advocacy skills to every case.

During law school, Anna Katherine gained valuable experience across both private practice and corporate legal environments. As a corporate law clerk at a local Charleston firm, she drafted memoranda, motions, briefs, and other legal documents and assisted in supplemental proceedings.
She also served as a legal extern for Mercedes-Benz Vans, where she completed a products liability project and worked closely with in-house counsel on a variety of legal issues.

Anna Katherine attended Charleston School of Law, where she received her J.D. While in law school, she earned multiple CALI Awards in core subjects and was actively involved in the Transactional Law Team, Business Law Society, and served as an Ambassador and a Contracts I & II Fellow. She also received her B.S. in Genetics with a minor in Spanish from the University of Georgia.
