Biography

Anne Semmons is an Associate in our Tampa office where she focuses her practice on the defense of aging services, general liability, medical malpractice, and premises liability matters.

Previously, Anne was a Law Clerk at HBS where she gained experience in Chapter 400 and Chapter 429 matters as well as arbitration, premises liability, and general liability disputes.

Anne earned a Juris Doctor from Stetson University with a certificate of concentration in Environmental Law. During law school, she was a student editor for the Journal of International Wildlife Law & Policy, the Vice President of the Environmental Law Society, and a research assistant. Anne also worked as an extern with the zoning department of the city of Treasure Island and as an HBS law clerk while completing her law degree. In addition, Anne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Stetson University.
