Anthony J. Licatesi

Anthony J. Licatesi serves as the senior litigating partner at Licatesi Law Group, LLP, a prominent law firm specializing in personal injury cases and no-fault medical collections through arbitrations and civil litigation.

Leading an exceptional team of litigators, Mr. Licatesi brings extensive experience as trial counsel to numerous law firms and healthcare providers. The firm has achieved remarkable success in representing individuals involved in various serious injuries and automobile accidents. Moreover, Licatesi Law Group, LLP is recognized as a trailblazer in the No-fault legal field and holds the distinction of being the foremost No-fault Arbitration/Civil Litigation firm in New York State.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Licatesi frequently delivers lectures to attorneys and healthcare providers on the subject of New York State No-fault laws and regulations. He has been invited as a guest lecturer by esteemed organizations such as the New York State Chiropractic Association, Physical Therapy Provider Network, New York State Chiropractic Counsel, and the American Arbitration Association.

Recognizing the importance of nurturing our society's future, Mr. Licatesi has actively participated in a humanitarian movement within the real estate and construction industry, aiming to benefit children. He played a pivotal role as an original member of the Board of Directors for the Torch Foundation, a non-profit charitable organization operating within the real estate and construction sectors. The foundation's sole objective is to raise funds for charitable causes supporting underprivileged children. The Torch Foundation has successfully raised millions of dollars for various children's organizations, including Tomorrow's Children's Fund, Hope with the Heart, The New York Child Learning Institute, Covenant House, Cleary School for the Deaf, The Child's School, and Columbian Presbyterian Medical Center. Mr. Licatesi has also been actively involved in fundraising for numerous charities beyond the scope of the Torch Foundation.

As an engaged member of the New York State Trial Lawyer's Associations, Mr. Licatesi has collaborated with the Governor's office and the New York State Insurance Department, contributing to the development of procedures and regulations within the state's insurance laws. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from New York University in 1984 and obtained his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 1987.

Residing in Nassau County, Mr. Licatesi is married and has three children. He currently holds positions on the Hofstra University Frank G. Zarb School of Business Dean's Executive Council and the Advisory Board of the American Arbitration Association.

Actively involved in the Atlantic Beach community, Mr. Licatesi has served as President of the Atlantic Beach Estates Civic Association and presently holds the position of Commissioner for the Greater Atlantic Beach Water Reclamation District. Additionally, he has generously volunteered his time as a Commissioner and coach for the Cedarhurst, Hewlett, and Woodmere Little Leagues. In 2002, Mr. Licatesi was elected to the Lawrence School District Board of Education.
