Anthony (Tony) M. Georgelis, Esquire, is the founder and managing
partner of GLS Injury Law. A Lancaster
County native, Tony graduated from Hempfield High School in 1988, the
University of Richmond, in Virginia, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1992,
and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, with a juris doctorate, in 1995.
Tony then returned to Lancaster County and served his community in the Lancaster
County District Attorney’s Office for five years. During this time, he headed
up the Child Abuse Prosecution Unit and was the Director of the Child Abuse
Prosecution Cadre, which was comprised of Lancaster’s law enforcement personnel
uniquely trained in bringing child abusers to justice. Tony successfully
prosecuted hundreds of cases, and, in the process, gained a wealth of valuable
trial experience. In April of 2005, he created Georgelis Injury
Law Firm, P.C., a legal practice dedicated to helping and protecting those
injured in motor vehicle, slip/trip and fall, animal bite and work accidents,
as well as families who lost a loved one in wrongful death actions. In 2023,
Attorneys Thomas J. Sabatino and Christopher P. Larsen joined Tony as partners
and equity owners of the firm, which became known as Georgelis, Larsen &
Sabatino Injury Law Firm, P.C., and most recently, GLS Injury Law. For over 20 years, Tony has fiercely
pursued maximum compensation for the good people of central Pennsylvania and
their families. He is a multi-year member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100
Trial Lawyers, the National Association of Distinguished Counsel Top One
Percent, the Distinguished Justice Advocates Top 1% Attorneys in America, and
the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Tony has been
named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer on multiple occasions, has been assigned AV
Preeminent Status rating by his peers and colleagues, and was named to the
Central Penn Business Journal’s Power List for Personal Injury Lawyers. He is
also a proud member of the Pennsylvania and Lancaster County Bar
Associations and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association/Pennsylvania
Association for Justice.
