Biography

Antone Melton-Meaux, Founder and CEO of Work Resolve Mediation, is a qualified neutral with 20 years of experience in all aspects of employment law. He brings a unique skill set to resolving employment disputes leveraging his experience as a partner of an employment law firm, the chief employment counsel for St. Jude Medical, and a human resources leader for Abbott. In addition to his deep employment law and human resources experience, Antone has cultivated positive and long-standing working relationships with attorneys representing workers and employers, which engenders the necessary trust in him to serve effectively as a mediator in employment disputes.

Antone’s path to employment mediation is akin to a calling, a concept to which he is very familiar. In addition to his legal experience, Antone has utilized his Masters of Theology to serve communities as a chaplain, minister, and counselor. His dedication to employment mediation is an extension of his passion to bridge divides between people and communities.
