Biography

Autumn Duncan is an associate in our Charleston office, focusing her practice in general liability and medical malpractice matters.

Formerly a summer associate with HBS and other respectable firms, Autumn also interned with the Mediation and Meeting Center of Charleston, where she was voted the most respected ADR Professional by fellow clinic professors and peers. She also gained experience clerking for the Charleston County Solicitor’s Office of the Ninth Judicial Circuit.

Autumn earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Charleston School of Law, where she served as a Legal Research, Writing, and Analysis Teaching Fellow. She received her Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Psychology from the University of Kentucky.
