Biography

Barbara A. Hart joined Stichter, Riedel, Blain & Prosser, P.A. in 2009 after serving a two year term as law clerk for the Honorable Judge K. Rodney May, U. S. Bankruptcy Judge, Middle District of Florida. Ms. Hart has practiced in the area of bankruptcy and commercial litigation since graduating with honors from Stetson University College of Law in 2001, where she served as the Managing Editor of the Stetson Law Review, and was the recipient of Judge Stanley Milledge Award and the McBride Family Scholarship. Prior to clerking for Judge May, Ms. Hart had extensive experience with the representation of both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy cases, out of court workouts, and State Court proceedings.
