In my opinion, the gentleman "over lawyers" the work for which he is engaged or is referred to him; however, I base my opinion on one case, in which, I perceive,the gentleman created huge mountains over molehills to the disadvantage of his client who eventually terminated his engagement after expending significant monies for the gentleman's services, without, accomplishing the tasks for which he was engaged and which I perceive were required in the case and which he did not carry out.
