Biography

Bradley Martin is a Northern Colorado lawyer specializing in criminal defense. Bradley is dedicated to serving his clients with excellence and achieving the best possible outcome for each individual case. Bradley has a proven record of success, whether that means trial or negotiation for his clients. He has extensive courtroom and trial experience. As a former public defender, Bradley has handled thousands of cases. He has defended everything from DUI to first-degree murder. His clients have been found not guilty of charges ranging from the lowest misdemeanors to the highest-level felonies. Bradley’s jury trial experience even includes a jury trial that was nationally televised live on Court TV. Bradley also focuses on pretrial litigation. His litigation experience includes a record of successfully suppressing evidence before trial that was illegally obtained by police.

Bradley practices a “client-centered” philosophy when it comes to the representation of his clients. He believes the only way to achieve the results the client desires is to make respect, understanding, and open communication the foundation of the attorney-client relationship.

Bradley earned his law degree from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas, in 2006. In 2005, he was awarded the Max Rowinski Award for Outstanding Student in Trial Advocacy. Prior to law school, Bradley worked as a counselor in a treatment facility for juvenile offenders. Through this experience, Bradley dedicated himself to the compassionate representation of those charged with crimes.

Bradley earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Northern Colorado. Bradley was born in Denver, but has lived much of his life in Northern Colorado.

It has been a few years when I last saw Brad in court. He was very capable back then, but was still developing. I suspect he has developed into an excellent criminal defense attorney.
