Biography

Brady Thomas represents victims and their families in a variety of cases, including medical malpractice, catastrophic injuries, burn injuries, product liability, and other personal-injury litigation. He has been involved in cases that have helped consumers beyond those he represents.Brady has represented victims in more than five dozen cases involving exploding gasoline cans across the country. His work spurred the industry to add flame arresters to all new plastic gas cans beginning in 2017.He has worked on behalf of consumers in class-action cases such as a challenge to closing fees in auto sales, a case that resulted in a $4 million judgment for car buyers who were charged fees that went beyond dealers’ costs.
