Brandan J. Davies

Mr. Davies has extensive experience with defending the criminally accused including DUI, felony DUI, drug possession, felony possession with intent, aggravated assault, aggravated battery, robbery, burglary, and a multitude of other misdemeanors and felony charges. Mr. Davies is dedicated to defending the rights of the accused from the multiple felon to the first time violator. Mr. Davies’ trial experience and results has caused the National Trial Lawyers Association to name him as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer. Mr. Davies has experience handling high profile cases that receive national media attention and will combat the negative spillover that the media can have on a client and their case.

Brandan has received the highest ranking by Martindale-Hubbell for Criminal Defense, AV Preeminent. Lawyers receiving the AV Rating have reached the heights of professional excellence. Mr. Davies makes it a priority to receive specialized training to stay one step ahead of the prosecutors. He has been certified per the National Highway Transportation and Safety Administration curriculum to perform and evaluate the Standard Field Sobriety Tests. This training is the same training that police officers receive who administer these tests to suspected DUI offenders. Mr. Davies has also received specialized training on the Intoxilyzer breath test protocols and received a certificate as a breath test examiner.
