Biography

Brent A. Carson is a fourth generation Nevadan. His family moved to Las Vegas in 1905. As a lifetime resident of Nevada, he has seen numerous changes to our Valley. Brent has strong ties to the community and has dedicated his law practice to helping the people of this community. Brent graduated from the University of Nevada in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance/Business Administration. After college, Brent went to Law School at Creighton University. He graduated in 1996. Brent began his law career at a larger law firm in Nevada, focusing primarily on Insurance Defense litigation. He then took this knowledge of the insurance industry and opened his own law firm, this time fighting the insurance companies and representing the people wrongfully injured by the negligence of others.

    Brent, in an addition to being an excellent lawyer, is a very nice person. He is easy to work with. I have been on the same side of a case with Brent, and I have been on the opposite side. He is pleasant to work with in either scenario.
