Biography

With over 30 years of legal experience, Brent P. Stewart is known throughout the community for his comprehensive and compassionate approach. He treats each client like they’re his only client, despite owning and operating multiple legal offices throughout the Carolinas.

After earning his undergraduate degree from Ohio State University and his law degree from West Virginia University College of Law, Brent began his legal career with the respected firm Bordas & Bordas in Wheeling, WV. He relocated to the United States Pacific Island territory, Guam, to work for the Office of the Attorney General of Guam, where he gained valuable legal experience. Brent returned stateside in 1993 and has since spent his career pursuing justice for personal injury victims and their families, from workers’ compensation claims to vehicle accidents, wrongful death, and medical malpractice lawsuits.

Brent P. Stewart has earned the exclusive AV Preeminent® Rating from Martindale-Hubbell®, awarded to the top 10% of lawyers in the United States.
