Biography

Brian Allan Held, a partner since 2007, has been named to the Super Lawyers list every year from 2011 to 2020. Known as a relentless litigator, a few of Mr. Held’s notable settlements include $8.5 million involving a fork lift accident, $4.5 million involving a construction defect case against a developer in Bergen County New Jersey, $1.72 million involving a work-related personal injury action accident against Hostess/Drakes, $1.5 million involving a slip and fall personal injury case against Trump Taj Mahal Casino in Atlantic City New Jersey, $1.325 Million on motor vehicle personal injury case, $1 million in a case involving a pedestrian knockdown case for severely injured or otherwise damaged clients, and $2.1 million in a motor vehicle accident case.

In 2009, Mr. Held became a lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, making the firm the first in New Jersey to have two lifetime members. In 2013, Mr. Held received the prestigious AV-Preeminent rating from his peers, which confers the highest level of professional excellence.

Mr. Held graduated from Seton Hall law school in 2000 and clerked for the Honorable Anthony J. Sciuto in Bergen County Superior Court.
