Mr. Dickerson and I represented our respective clients in a federal criminal trial. They were indicted for conspiracy, money laundering, wire fraud, and securities fraud. This case involved a complex set of facts and issues surrounding healthcare securitization. Several individuals were charged and five were prosecuted in a joint trial. Brian was our "de facto" lead counsel. He demonstrated a ready grasp of the facts and issues while coordinating an extremely unwielding discovery process. Read less
