I would have rated Brian's judgment as above average except for one case where he aggressively advocated for a client that was harming a child by failing to adequately manage his mental health. This failure to exert more client control (a judgment call) resulted in a trial that cost both parties significant fees unnecessarily. That being said, his advocacy was impressive, he was pleasant to work against and I would refer clients to him if there was a conflict. Read less
