Brian S. Malkin is a Senior Litigation Attorney at Rosenbaum & Segall, P.C., where he leads litigation and arbitration matters involving Amazon disputes and intellectual property enforcement. Brian earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and is licensed before the U.S. Supreme Court, the USPTO, and multiple federal courts.
