Biography

Brian S. Malkin is a Senior Litigation Attorney at Rosenbaum & Segall, P.C., where he leads litigation and arbitration matters involving Amazon disputes and intellectual property enforcement. He also handles complex trademark and copyright matters, including USPTO filings, oppositions, and cancellations.

With over 30 years of experience, Brian previously served as Principal Attorney at Ference Associates LLC, leading nationwide anti-counterfeiting cases and managing trademark and patent portfolios. He has represented clients in trial and appellate courts across a wide range of commercial and IP disputes.

Brian earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and is licensed before the U.S. Supreme Court, the USPTO, and multiple federal courts. He is an active member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and has been recognized by Super Lawyers, AVVO, and Martindale-Hubbell for his work in IP and litigation.
