Brian Lee isn’t just a lawyer, he’s been a staple of the DC metro community for nearly thirty years. Since 2004, he has dedicated his career to helping people in Virginia, Maryland, and DC navigate the toughest financial moments of their lives. After gaining high-level experience at the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division and the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Brian founded Lee Legal, PLLC in 2008. He wanted to create a firm where clients aren't just case numbers. Whether you're facing a foreclosure auction or considering Chapter 7, 11, or 13 bankruptcy, Brian brings a wealth of knowledge from his time at Rutgers and George Mason’s Antonin Scalia Law School. He’s admitted to practice everywhere from local bankruptcy courts to the U.S. Supreme Court and is an active member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Brian believes in being direct and transparent, stripping away the legal jargon so you can actually understand your options.
