Biography

Brooke Nail is an Associate in our Columbus office where she focuses her practice on aging services, general liability, insurance coverage, and premises liability matters.

Formerly, Brooke was a Summer Associate with HBS in 2020 and 2021. Brooke earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, at Mercer University, where she served as vice president for Phi Delta Phi and was a member of the Association of Women Law Students. She also earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Georgia Civil Practice and Procedure 2021. Brooke also holds a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in Political Science from Columbus State University, and while there she played as team captain for the women’s soccer team and was honored as the Peach Belt Conference Scholar Athlete of the Year.
