Biography

Cameron Nieters is an Associate Attorney in our Asheville office. Prior to joining HBS, Cameron spent two years clerking at a Winston Salem-based firm and gained hands-on experience with an array of civil litigation matters, including personal injury and general negligence claims, estate and fiduciary litigation, and worker’s compensation claims. She also served as a research assistant at the UNC School of Government with the Pattern Jury Instruction Criminal Committee where she drafted and edited jury instructions to conform with updates in North Carolina statutes and case law.

Cameron is a graduate from Elon University School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude and was a member of the Elon Law Trial Advocacy Team and the Elon Law Moot Court Board. Cameron also served as a research assistant to Elon Law Dean Alan Woodlief, where she aided in the drafting and editing of the yearly supplements to both North Carolina on Damages and Shuford’s Civil Practice and Procedure with Appellate Advocacy.
